In 2010, Electric Fetus members Joey Beach and Robert Rutledge decided they had aspirations to play louder than any other band in the area, so they formed Ragtag. Beach plays guitar and sings, and Rutledge plays drums and percussion. Together they create a blend of energetic rock and blues that is topped off by frenetic live performances.
